Thanh Hoa, 20 Jan 2012 – In order to meet further growth of the market, customers’ demands as well as commitment for a sustainable development in Vietnam, Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) continues to expand the Dealer, Branch and Authorized Service Station (TASS) network to Thanh Hoa province with the presence of new Toyota Authorized Service Station – Toyota Thanh Hoa (TTH), increasing the number of TMV’s dealers, branches and TASS to be 29.
After one year of effort to meet all the latest requirements of Toyota global on human resources, equipment and facilities, showrooms and infrastructure as model 3S (Sales, Service & Genuine Parts), TTH has officially put into operation since 18 Dec 2011 at 253 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city.
With the total investment of 100 billion VND, Toyota Thanh Hoa is built on the total area of 2,800 m2, including three main areas: showroom and office with the total area of over 1,300 m2; service on more than 2,600 m2 with 10 repair and GJ stalls, 22 BP stalls. TTH is also equipped with modern painting room meeting international standards, using a modern stirring and mixing system in closed area, ensuring environmental hygiene. TTH can receive 14,400 turns of service/year.
Together with the line-up of 60 employees and executives and modern facilities, TTH will unceasingly enhance the training to promote professional skills, innovate working process and provide Toyota genuine parts as well as perfect, whole-hearted and professional services to customers in order to bring the highest satisfaction to customers.
In the first stage, TTH will operate as a TASS with full functions of automobile maintenance, repair and replacement of Toyota genuine parts. In the next stage, TTH will become an official Dealer of TMV by July 2012 with full functions of sales, after sales service and genuine parts business.
Up to now, beside the head quarter in Vinh Phuc province and 02 branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, TMV has opened 23 official Dealers, 5 Dealer’s branches and one authorized TASS. With the opening of TTH, TMV has once again reaffirmed their commitment for long-term business in Vietnam , as well as unceasing efforts to bring interests and highest satisfaction to customers through expanding the network of sales and after-sale services. In 2011 only, Toyota’service stations received 583,795 turns of service and 29,792 units of cars delivered to customers.
