Quang Ninh, Apr 17, 2010- Nam Duong Joint-stock company`s branch- Toyota Quang Ninh (Toyota Quang Ninh) – has officially become TASS of Toyota Vietnam in the North. Toyota Quang Ninh has been officially opened operated since April 17, 2010, which makes total number of dealers and branches of TMV increase to 24.
After one year of building with big effort of staff, Toyota Quang Ninh meets the latest standard of Toyota about human resource, equipment, service shops, and showroom, 3S infrastructures (Sales, Service and Spare parts). At the first phase, Toyota Quang Ninh will operate as a Toyota Authorized Service Station with functions such as maintenance, repair and Toyota genuine parts replacement. In the next period, Toyota Quang Ninh plans to be the official dealer of TMV in July, 2010, operating with full functions including sales, after sales service and genuine auto parts trading.
Located on 94 Don Dien, Ha Khau ward (opposite to Tuan Chau`s gate), gateway of Ha Long city, Toyota Quang Ninh has advantage position on the key road, 18 highway Quang Ninh linking to Northern provinces with potential economy development.
With total investment capital of USD 5 million, Toyota Quang Ninh has been built on area of over 3,000m2 with modern and synchronous equipment: showroom area large is more than 300m2, office area large is nearly 1,000m2, two floor service workshops area large is nearly 3,000m2 with more than 30 general stalls, 1 painting booth, four 4 -hour scratch repair stalls with national standard, using painting stirring and mixing colors system, which is friendly to environment. Besides investing to facility and equipment that meet demand of Toyota global with view point of sustainable development to environment, Toyota Quang Ninh has built water and waste strict treatment system with open area, trees, which creates harmonious scenery for around people.
With the professional staffs and technicians and customer services’ philosophy of `Professional with heart`,Toyota Quang Ninh will continue training to enhance the knowledge & specialty, innovating the working process and provide the warranty & maintenance services, providing the Toyota genuine auto parts to bring the perfect services and the highest customer`s satisfaction.
So far, besides the Head Quarter located on Vinh Phuc province, 02 branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, TMV has 20 official dealers, 1 TASS and 3 dealers` branches.
