What is the Express Maintenance?

The Express maintenance (EM) has been carried out at the TMV’s dealers since 2005 with our efforts to satisfy wants and requirement of customers. The EM is a process that has been invested comprehensively in specified equipments as well as technical manpower that has been trained frequently with global standard and experiences. The service helps implement all categories of maintenance. This follows the professional maintenance process of Toyota Motor Corporation.

The EM satisfies customers with decreasing waiting time to 60 minutes (from the maintenance request is approved to the car is returned to the customer), while the common maintenance process takes 150 minutes.

The EM offers the change of the standard working route. When the customer books via phone call, the maintenance station collects the information of customer, the status of the car and the service request. According to the available information, the station for the request or suggests suitable time with customer. All the information is mentioned in the maintenance appointment sheet.

The EM requires quickness and accuracy of spare parts supplying from the maintenance station, it decreases time for the customers. In order to do this requirement, all members of the maintenance station from service advisors, managers, and technicians, spare parts staffs and staffs must be trained carefully and comprehensively to be able to cooperate with each other perfectly.

TMV and agencies together invest equipments, and set up the process follow the EM standard (minimize the extra actions of technicians), equip the EM section the modern specified machines, as well as usually improve the machine for the EM section to increase productivity.
