Being officially introduced in 9/2007 in Vietnam, “Express Body and Paint” service (EBP) is the revolution in Repair Body & Paint area of Toyota. Basing on Toyota Production System (TPS), EBP is the specialization of work in the line of repair.

The repair process is divided into short stages with specialized tools and equipment, standardized production process, which help minimize unnecessary movements and stops between steps while maximizing productivity, improving the quality and expertising in the shortest time possibly as well as reducing significant waiting time of customers and long-standing time in the workshop. Moreover, some technology systems such as rating system for customers, management of parts order,…help EBP line to be operated perfectly.

EBP is considered a next advance which shows our great efforts in the process of After-Sales Service improvement .At present, “Express Body & Paint Service” is introduced at 2 dealers of Toyota: Toyota Ben Thanh & Toyota My Dinh.

The detail is removed for repair or replacement, and technician strick and welding to repair the sunken on body.

Surface preparation
Including from stages such as matit baits, paint line to finish cover stage and already to paint

Paint and Dry
Vehicle is moved to paint room to paint colour. Next room is dry. Here, the drying system with short wave will make dried the surface more quickly with good quality.

Polishing and Finishing
Including polishing, assembling and final check before delivery.

*** Note: The vehicles are agreed with EBP:

- Not replace the plate by welding method.

- No set the frame.

- Area of the plate which is repaired should be not exceed half of the area of plate.

- Number plates to repair or replacement does not exceed three plates.
